South Africa Network Freeze Period 17th November 2016 - 10th January 2017

Please be aware that all Mobile Networks in South Africa enforce a full Network freeze period from the 21st of November 2016 until the 10th of January 2017.

During this freeze period the Networks will not accept or process, any new requests or amendments for Shortcodes, USSD, Billing Services or Re-Ratings.

We therefore request that any new campaign briefs requiring any of the above mentioned mechanics are sent through to us no later than Thursday the 17th of November 2016, in order to ensure that we can process your requests on time.
