Summary:This is to notify clients who use our My control panel that access to some statistical data has been limited due to urgent maintenance on our database cluster. No data have been lost and will be restored as soon as possible. Access to financial account balance tables for premium services will remain available throughout. We apologise for the inconvenience as we undertake this essential work.

    We can now update all our clients with the news that this maintenance is completed and statistical data are now accessible again on our My control panel. However, some data captured within the last 24 hours may be in the process of synching across our database cluster within the next few hours to bring your account fully up to date.
