Q: How should I promote my services in Czech Republic?
A: Czech Republic Subscription services
- user sends MO message with KWD (free)
- user receives Welcome message (opt -in) (free)
- user confirms with YES (free)
- user receives MT message with content and additional info about the service (premium charged)
- if service info can not be included in charged MT message, additional SMS with service info must be sent (free)
*Mandatory data in opt-in message (free of charge):
- price per 1 SMS/MMS
- information about frequency of SMS distribution
- information whether the service will be delivered repeatedly
- information about the Help function
“Predplatne XXKc/interval. Posli ANO pro objednani na 90zxy. Popis sluzby... Vice info helpline_contact nebo sms HELP na 90zxy”
“Subscription XXCZK/interval. Send YES to order at 90zxy. Service description... More information helpline_contact or sms HELP at 90zxy”
**When user spends 2000 CZK on some service, service provider is obligated to deactivate specific service for the user and to send him free of charge renewing SMS informing the user that the limit has been reached and how is it possible to prolong the subscription. It is not allowed to divide this information into more SMSs. The SMS must have following form:
„Byl dosazen limit sluzby service_name predplatneho SMS (XXKc/interval). Pro pokracovani zasli SMS ve tvaru ANO service na 90zxy. Vice info na helpline_contact“
”Limit of the service service_name has been reached provided within SMS subscription (XXCZK/interval). To prolong the subscription send SMS in the form YES at 90zxy. More information at helpline_contact”

If premium MT message price exceeds CZK 10 (incl. VAT), it is mandatory every time charged message is sent to inform end user about SMS/service price, method of subscription termination and helpdesk contact. This information may be either included in the MT premium charged message or if it is not possible (if message is too long) service provider is obligated to send additional free "SMS price information" with those information. It is not allowed to divide this information into more than once SMS. Example if included in charged MT message:
„Cena zpravy XX Kc s DPH za sluzbu service_provider. Pro zruseni posli SMS ve tvaru STOP KWD na cislo 90zxy. Vice info posli HELP na 90zxy“
”Message price CZK XX with VAT for service service_prvider. To cancel the service send SMS in the form STOP KWD at 90zxy. For more info send HELP at 90zxy"
Example if additional message is sent:
„Predchozi zprava prijata z cisla 90zxyabc stala XX Kc s DPH. Pro zruseni sluzby posli SMS ve tvaru STOP KWD na cislo 90zxy. Vice info posli sms HELP na 90zxy“ English translation: “Previous SMS received from number 90zxyabc cost XX CZK with VAT. To cancel the service send SMS in the form STOP KWD at 90zxy. For more info send sms HELP at 90zxy”
