Approval Process

As part of the application process for a Nigerian shared short code you will need to complete a txtNation Customer Care Form (CCF). You can run any service on our shared codes as long as it complies with the guidelines set, and as long as the service isn't political in nature, this mean you can go live quickly. The typical time for service approval form feedback, depending how busy we are, is 1 day. It also usually only takes 1 day to set you live once the txtNation Customer Care Form has been approved.
