Q. What happens if a customer only completes part of a premium call and is cut off?
A. Premium phones payments are charged on a per minute basis, so if a customer terminates the call prematurely, they will be charged only a percentage of the total cost. The transaction will remain incomplete and no final notification will be sent to your server. Our system does support call resuming, so the customer may simply call again and enter the same transaction number to complete the payment.
Q. What happens if the customer does not enter the password?
A. If the user fails to enter the confirmation password, our server will not trigger the payment complete post to you, so the user will have been charged and no product delivered.
