It may show in the CP balance as unconfirmed since it is an MO billed short code and no "delivery report" has been received to confirm payment as it would with an MT billed code.


In this case the operators will confirm to us in due course if billed and it will be updated in their CP when it happens

Otherwise it could be some other issue with delivery reports for a country that does not offer stable reports, so we cannot be sure it’s billed 100%.

 

This is down to the operator, not txtNation.
