SMS Billing - 1. Billing message


Q. Why do I see "1. Billing message " in my message flow.


A. The reason you see this message before your message you submitted is because you have tired to bill an amount that is not a valid line tariff.

For example if you try to bill £4.50 in the UK, our system will send 3x £1.50 to reach this amount. 

To avoid this issue please send only valid line tariffs to the gateway or send multiple message to the gateway to bill the user the desired amount.
