SMS Billing - "Dummy MO billing message - not sent to user"


Q:  I'm see a number of "Dummy MO billing message - not sent to user" records in the MT text column when exporting from CP.


A: Our system inserts these for pure MO billed countries in-case the client does not send a reply message. This ensures the account balance is updated correctly and you do not lose any revenue.
