Control Panel (CP5) - Account Balance not showing all incoming transactions


Q: Why can't I see any log of incoming request from traffic reports in your Statistics and Account Balance?

The Statistics / Incoming Request page and Account Balance page relies on there being an outgoing message being successfully generated for the MO, so we can associate it to your account.

If there is no MT, as standard it will not show up. In many countries it is a requirement that you send an MT to get the funds, so please check the billing type in that country. 

If you are certain that you will not be sending an MT, log a ticket at, and txtNation can set it up for you so a "dummy" MT is generated, so your statistics and account balance are populated.
