I cannot locate my password and need to reset it, find below.
If you are not receiving your password-assistance e-mail, please follow the steps below: Check your inbox for an e-mail with the subject line ‘New Password Request'. If you do not use Outlook or Mozilla, check the inbox of the e-mail address you use to sign-in to your account. If you use Gmail, Hotmail, etc...check the inbox of the alternate email address you provided when you signed up for your email account.
Check your Spam or Bulk Mail folders. It is possible that the e-mail we tried to send you was caught by a spam or bulk e-mail filter in your e-mail system. Look for an e-mail from txtNation with the subject line ‘New Password Request'. If you do not find the e-mail in these folders, add [email protected] to your address book, and request another password-assistance e-mail.
Still haven't received the email? Contact your e-mail provider. If you requested another password-reset link after adding [email protected] to your address book or spam filter's whitelist, and you still don't find it, please let your e-mail provider know that you're unable to receive mail from the address.
If, after following these steps, you are still unable to receive the email, please log a support ticket.
