Transactions on my Account


Transactions (for SMS and IVR) are split into two main categories:

  • incoming requests (all messages sent to our system);
  • outgoing responses (all messages sent out through our system).

Once in the control panel you may find this section by following the menu below:


Once you have chosen the section you wish to look up a message for you will be presented with a number of search filters.

You may search through the list of all transactions or apply the following custom filters.

  • Message ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Mobile Network
  • Message Text
  • Message Type

These can all be applied by clicking the small arrow next to the menu item at the top, typing in your required data and clicking apply filters at the bottom.

Finally you may apply specific date filters to return all transactions within a certain period. This may be found at the bottom of the page.
