Where can I forward my calls?
Calls to your new phone number can be forwarded to anywhere in the world.
How many phone numbers can I have on my account?
As many phone numbers as you need. Just let us know, contacting your Account Manager.
How long does it take before I can start using my new phone number?
You can begin receiving calls to your new phone number in 24 hours.
Do I need special equipment?
No, there is no equipment to buy. Our call forwarding service works with your existing phones.
Should I cancel service with my existing phone company?
No. We work together with your existing phone service by forwarding calls made to your new phone number to your existing phones.
Can I forward calls to multiple phone numbers?
Yes. This is called simultaneous ringing. Calls may be forwarded to up to 15 phones at the same time. Once the call is answered, ringing on all other phones stops.
