Q: I managed to subscribe to the service I'm about to offer with this number: xxxxxxxxx. Now, I would like to unsubscribe by sending the keyword Stop to 60999. The issue is that I don't see the Stop request under the Incoming Requests report in my account.
A:Thanks for your ticket, as stop messages do not get owned in the same way as keywords we do not display them in the control panel. You do however get posted them in the following format:
