For each campaign, you choose a keyword. This will be different for each campaign.
Your advertising will invite the user to respond using the message including the key word.
When an end user sends in the correct keyword they will receive your custom text message by return. This confirms that their response has been acknowledged.
You can then see a full list of every end user that has responded via a CSV Report (http://clients.txtnation.com/entries/65053-general-statistics-and-account-balance)
To edit your responses follow these steps below;
- Log into your control panel (http://cp.txtnation.com)
- Navigate to Campaigns.
- Select SMS.
- Select Info Messages.
If you would like a dedicated keyword, speak to your account manager for more information who can request for it to be activated.
