Q: In USA can we deliver non-premium / standard rate messages to users where they don't pay to receive the message?
A: FTEU messaging carries a much higher MT fee than your standard rate messaging and must be on a dedicated short code, e.g. you would have to apply for it + incur the costs of a dedicated code to use it.
AT&T and T-mobile are ready to go if you sign the contract and submit a program brief.
Sprint - we can submit a campaign now but it will not get provisioned until we finalize contracts with them.
Verizon - $25,000 minimum traffic fee specifically for FTEU messaging. This means that if you did $10k of FTEU messages on Verizon, they would charge $15,000.
