Hosting Provider Issue Affecting SMPP and Bulk Services

We are actively working with our hosting partner to resolve an issue affecting SMPP and bulk messaging services affecting some of our clients and their end users. This followed some minor upgrade work on a core cluster that has had a disproportionate impact on some services. Our teams are coordinating with relevant technical teams at our hosting partner to provide a solution without any unnecessary delay. We extend our apologies to any clients affected during this time and we will restore full service as soon as possible. Queued messages will be processed once we establish full connectivity. Thank you for your patience as we work hard to fix this issue. We will of course update this notification as appropriate.

    Update: 03/06/14 - RESOLVED

    We are happy to confirm that we have worked with our hosting partner to restore full service to the affected cluster responsible for SMPP and bulk messaging services. We are now resuming to normal operations and our systems are indicating that we are rapidly processing the backlog formed within the last hour. We again extend our sincere apologies to affected clients but hope that in processing the backlog you will not have experienced a lasting impact on your service.
