We are actively working with our hosting partner to resolve an issue affecting SMPP and bulk messaging services affecting some of our clients and their end users. This followed some minor upgrade work on a core cluster that has had a disproportionate impact on some services. Our teams are coordinating with relevant technical teams at our hosting partner to provide a solution without any unnecessary delay. We extend our apologies to any clients affected during this time and we will restore full service as soon as possible. Queued messages will be processed once we establish full connectivity.
