Some clients may experience service unavailability or degradation over the next 60 minutes. Our senior engineers are working hard to perform this maintenance in the shortest possible time to lessen the impact on your services. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we undertake this important work.

    Urgent maintenance has now been completed. We are now working through a backlog of messages and things are normalising well. Thank you for your patience.

    Further to our previous update:

    We are now at liberty to inform our clients worldwide that we had to take emergency steps to control a DDoS attack on our platform which affected core messaging services. Our senior engineers have restored full service but you may experience some small delays as we process the backlog. We remain vigilant to further attacks on our infrastructure. For security reasons, we cannot release full details about the exact nature of the incident or the steps we took in mitigation. We thank our clients most sincerely for their patience and understanding in this matter.
