Platform Maintenance between Saturday 12th Sept 23:00 BST and Sunday 13th Sept 07:00 BST


We notify our clients worldwide that we are making critical changes to our platform over the next 72 hours that may have an impact on live services. We advise that you may experience some service degradation between Saturday 12th September at 23:00 BST and Sunday 13th September at 07:00 BST.

We have selected this time to reduce the impact on your services as we perform essential maintenance.

We are working hard to reduce loss or degradation of service during the affected period. Where appropriate, our backup systems will capture and queue messages and process them safely following any delays with service facilitation while we undertake a number of key platform changes.

This is part of a series of pivotal changes in the coming weeks to ensure our platform is optimised for increasing demand for global services. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these works.

    The majority of our maintenance procedures are now complete but there are residual issues that our team is currently investigating that may lead to degradation of service for some clients. We aim to resolve these issues in the next few hours.
