UK EE £15 Payforit tariff suspension until 2nd November 2015

Summary: EE have insisted the suspension of their £15 Payforit service id range whilst they investigate a charging discrepancy on the T-Mobile connection. They have identified the issue but are unable to release their £15 connection again until 2nd November 2015.  

Please be advised that this impact is limited to EE on the £15 tariff; all other traffic and systems are unaffected by this activity.
