Summary: Cell C are currently experiencing instability with their 3g/data opt-in method for OBS billing. The 3G/data opt-in method has been switched to the fall-back method until it is resolved. This means there should be no interruption in service so users can still opt-in. 

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding and patience in this matter whilst Cell C get this resolved.
